Returns Policy

We have a 28-day no quibble returns policy which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note we do not accept exchanges at the moment.

We do not accept returns on any personalised products.

To be eligible for a return, all we ask is that you return your item in the same condition that we sent it, unworn and with all the original tags attached. 

To start a return, please email us your full name, order number, item you would like to return and reason for return to info@hideandskin.com. Once we have received your request, we will send you details on how to send the items back to us.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 days from when we receive the item from you.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights and is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive.
